Author TOM FRENCH will be presenting his book, THE GAP YEARS: Climbing, Skiing, and the Journey Back, at a Jackson Ski Touring Foundation Potluck Dinner. The dinner and gathering portion will start at 5:30, and the presentation will begin at 6:30. All are welcome!

The Mt. Washington Valley, particularly the climbing and the cross-country skiing, figures prominently in Tom’s book, so it only makes sense that he come here for a book signing. With rave reviews from Bill McKibben, John Morton, and our own Michael Wejchert – ‘a riveting must-read for any mountain athlete wishing to keep the fire burning’ – we are very much looking forward to this event.

We’re excited to combine forces with Jackson Ski Touring and with the Jackson Public Library for this program. We will have books available at the event, or they can be picked up at the store in advance.
